REFUNDS:

  • We regret to inform you that as a policy, Virago Jewelry does not offer refunds.

INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • We do not offer any exchanges or returns but incase of damaged product received, notify us at viragojewellery.india@gmail.com with an image of the product as received within 48 hours of receiving it, beyond which we will be unable to process the complaint.
  • As per above point, for damaged products we offer retun policy for 2 days post delivery date [No refunds, only exchange]
  • Product exchange will be done post receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  •   On analysis and approval of the issue, our team will initiate the process.
  •   A return/exchange will be arranged by a mutually convenient method, within 7 days product will be return/exchanged. 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES NOT ACCEPTED WHEN:

  •   Products returned are found to be used or in damaged condition.
  •   An incorrect or outdated address has been given.
  •   Package has been refused by the recipient.
